Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified individual for the position of Senior Manager NGN & IMS Operations at PTCL.Official. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of Next Generation Networks (NGN) and IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS).
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians in managing day-to-day NGN & IMS operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize network performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network-related issues and provide technical guidance.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in NGN and IMS operations.
- Strong knowledge of NGN and IMS technologies, protocols, and architectures.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting networks.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
