Job Description
We are seeking a Head of People Operations to define and execute HR strategy and build scalable people programs that support growth and a high-performance culture. You will lead talent lifecycle, performance management, compensation, policy, HRIS, compliance, and employee engagement, and partner with leaders on organizational design, change initiatives, and DEI.
- Requirements: 8+ years in HR, including 3+ years managing teams
- Deep expertise in HR systems, employment law, analytics, and project management
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor’s in HR or related field; master’s preferred; able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
