Job Description

Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for achieving operational excellence at TCF by fulfilling the following responsibilities viz Policy & Process Optimization:

  • Lead and manage the overall process for development &/or redesign of various policies/processes to achieve excellence in operations.
  • Creating cross-functional project teams, monitoring performance updates, and ensuring governance in project teams’ work.
  • Analysing problems and proposing solutions, as well as initiating control group/pilot for testing.

Required Skills:

  • Critical thinking, curiosity, and data-driven approach.
  • Project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Analysis tools like Power BI/Data Studio, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability in process mapping, problem-solving, and cost-benefit analysis.

Education:

Bachelors/Master

Experience:

7+ years in BPR/Supply Chain, Operations Research

  • Work experience in the related industry is a plus
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly
