- Manage awareness and compliance of company SOPs to entire channel /Business Unit.
- Franchise channel management though franchise ROI understanding.
- Ensure company product availability & visibility and sales surety in assigned Business Unit.
- Achieve company given targets achievement as per SOPs.
- Work on market development and business growth in the assigned Business Unit
