Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Senior Manager, Total Rewards in the Human Resources department. As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

Your primary duties will include designing competitive salary structures, managing employee recognition programs, overseeing performance appraisal processes, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
