We’re seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager (Organic Growth) to spearhead our team. This role involves managing & retaining international clients, leading marketing teams, and innovating new strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customized marketing strategies to enhance clients’ online presence and achieve their objectives.
- Lead and mentor a cohesive team of marketing specialists to drive growth and excellence.
- Perform comprehensive market research to optimize opportunities and elevate organic traffic.
- Analyze website metrics, interpret data, and provide data-driven recommendations for marketing enhancement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and algorithms to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Conduct thorough marketing audits, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and actionable optimization recommendations.
- Craft compelling sales proposals that align with client needs and objectives.
- Act as the key liaison for international clients, ensuring satisfaction and successful outcomes.
- Innovate marketing strategies to maintain competitiveness and deliver exceptional client results.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Over 10 years of marketing experience, specializing in organic growth for international clients.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, techniques, and current trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities.
- Proven track record of driving results and retaining clients.
- Proficiency in the English language.
Timings:
Night Shift (7:00 P.M. to 4:00 A.M.)
