Job Information

Job Description

• Track the progress of materials throughout the manufacturing process. Identify delays and expedite materials to prevent production losses.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Follow up on orders and expedite shipments as necessary.
• Address any issues related to materials, such as shortages, quality problems, or discrepancies in deliveries.
• Work with user department and finance to resolve these issues promptly.
• Coordinate with user departments to prioritize deliveries based on criticality to production, safety, and urgent needs.
• Updating delivery dates as per feedback received from the suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of material deliveries and keep track of the open POs in the system.
• Closely monitor critical spares list and update the centralized tracking sheets on a regular basis.
