Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Lead for the Global Outcomes and Analysis of Learning (GOAL) project. The Senior MEL Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, conducting data analysis, and providing insights to improve project performance and outcomes.

Key responsibilities include developing MEL plans, leading data collection efforts, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making.
