Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using the MERN stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement design mockups into functional web applications.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience working with the MERN stack in a professional setting.
- Proficient understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, etc.
- Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, including design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results within deadlines.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
