Job Description
The R/S Engineer Level 2/3 troubleshoots network issues, provides root cause analysis, and acts as an escalation point for complex network problems. Job duties include providing internal escalation support, facilitating architectural training, and troubleshooting various network technologies. Strong technical and problem management skills are required, along with experience in Cisco products. The position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, requires weekend availability, and emphasizes teamwork.
Job Requirements: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
Knowledge and/or Skill Requirements: Strong technical, client, and communication skills. Experience troubleshooting Cisco products is essential.
Education: College degree preferred; relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP R&S, CCIE R&S are advantageous.
