Job Description
Company Description:
Kitchen Cuisine is a well-established food service business operating since 1988. Our services include a high street bakery, inflight catering, restaurants, QSRs, and events catering.
Role Description:
- Manage end-to-end payroll and documentation.
- Collect, calculate, and maintain payroll data.
- Process monthly payroll and prepare reports.
- Support payroll processing as needed.
- Collaborate with finance for payroll database.
- Verify and reconcile monthly payroll.
- Conduct performance appraisals and reviews.
- Handle employee loans, advances, and settlements.
Qualifications:
- Strong HR management knowledge.
- Experience in HR functions.
- Understanding of employee relations.
- Develop job descriptions effectively.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in food service industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
