Job Description:
Review/ improve on-boarding and lending process for digital banking. Ensure a smooth customer experience process for on-boarding and lending process.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the customer on-boarding process for digital banking services.
- Conducting user acceptance tests for implementation and reporting
- Develop and implement digital on-boarding and lending procedures
- Ensure Compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in IT, Computers, Finance, Science faculties, Arts, Commerce, from a reputed institution.
- Working experience on banking software
Qualifications and Skills:
- Good Communication Skills
- Working on the banking software
- Team player, hard working, problem solver;
- Familiar with Digital Banking.
- Time Management.
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in on-boarding & lending or relevant field.
