Job Description
Assist the Operations Manager in day to day activities of the Operations department, which includes all back-office tasks related to processing, issuing, and ensuring smooth and timely delivery of orders, as well as vendor management. This role is responsible for adhering to department policies and procedures, executing Corporate and Retail orders seamlessly, collaborating with other teams, supporting sales, resolving complex issues, and managing operational risks.
