This full-time on-site role in Islamabad requires a Senior Manager of Operations (SMO) to oversee day-to-day operations, manage teams, optimize workflow, and drive performance improvements through cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven operations management experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Preferably experience in healthcare industry, especially medical billing
- Knowledge of medical billing processes and regulations
- Data analysis and trend identification skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
