Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant – Payroll to join our team at EY. As a Senior Consultant – Payroll, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process for our clients, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee wages and benefits. You will also provide expert advice and guidance to clients on payroll matters, including tax compliance, employee benefits, and payroll systems.
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in payroll administration, including experience with payroll software and systems. You must have excellent attention to detail and a thorough understanding of payroll regulations and laws. Additionally, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with clients and internal teams.
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process for clients
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages and benefits
- Provide expert advice and guidance on payroll matters
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll laws and regulations
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll operations
- Stay informed of industry trends and changes in payroll regulations
