Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Performance Social Media Marketer to lead scalable paid social campaigns that maximize ROI and accelerate growth. You will design and execute strategies across Meta, TikTok, and additional platforms; optimize bids, creative assets, and conversion funnels based on data; manage budgets; conduct A/B tests; and report on core KPIs. Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to turn insights into action and mentor junior marketers to elevate performance.
- Requirements: 4+ years in performance social marketing; advanced use of Ads Managers, analytics tools, Excel, and attribution models.
- Proven track record improving ROAS, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
