Job Type: Full-Time Employment

Summary of Position:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack PHP Developer to help us with developing applications using the CodeIgniter or Laravel Framework. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in developing custom software, preferably CRM development. Responsibilities will involve both maintenance of and new development on LAMP-Stack applications. This individual must be highly motivated, driven, and organized to stay on target with timelines. They must also be able to manage their time efficiently while working at the office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Primarily focused on the growth and enhancement of our existing applications, along with the development of new modules. Must be able to lead a development team and have experience in developing and handling custom software products.

Requirements:

• Must align with the company’s core values
• At least 4+ years of experience working with PHP and its frameworks
• Strong knowledge of MVC PHP web frameworks, preferably CodeIgniter or Laravel
• Understanding of MVC design patterns
• Understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. jQuery experience is desirable
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications
• Experience with MySQL and SQL
• Experience with source control, particularly Git
• The ability to work on a Linux command line is helpful
• Write clean, well-designed code
• Troubleshoot and test core product software to ensure strong optimization
• Contribute to all phases of the development life cycle
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability and discipline to work and deliver on time
• Must have research skills to handle developmental problems on time

Preferred:

• Previous knowledge and experience in developing CRM or custom software
• Must be able to submit at least one or two industrial references
• Must be able to submit a previous salary slip
• Must be able to show an existing portfolio to support expertise
