Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in driving the product strategy, overseeing product development, and spearheading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and direct cross-functional product teams to define and execute a cohesive product strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Prioritize product requirements, manage the product roadmap, and analyze product usage data to optimize the product experience.
  • Stay updated on customer learnings, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Mentor team members, foster continuous improvement, and maintain competitive positioning.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with Engineering.
  • Knowledge of design thinking, UX/UI best practices, and usability testing.
  • Adaptability and prior experience with start-ups preferred.
