Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor at NLC PD KPK. The role involves managing all aspects of the quantity surveying process, providing cost management for projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and offer analytical solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost management, and contract administration, specializing in infrastructure and construction projects
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and teams, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, project management software, and other relevant tools
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors
- Experience with building information modeling (BIM) and/or 3D modeling software is a plus
- Professional certifications such as MRICS, FRICS, RISM, RICS, or others are preferred
