Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Recognitions Manager to join our dynamic team in Pakistan. As the Senior Recognitions Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recognition programs across the organization.
Your primary role will be to develop and implement strategies to recognize and reward employees for their hard work and achievements. You will work closely with senior management to ensure the recognition programs align with the company’s goals and objectives.
In this position, you will be tasked with designing and managing various recognition initiatives, including employee of the month/year programs, incentive programs, and employee appreciation events. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a positive work culture and enhancing employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee recognition or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
