Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Assistant Manager – Recruitment. The Senior Assistant Manager – Recruitment will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and leading the hiring team. Additionally, this role will involve creating job descriptions, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Shift timing: 12:00 pm to 09:00 pm

Qualifications & Other Details:

  • More than 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Experience leading a recruitment team
  • Strong understanding of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems
  • Experience conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the retail and convenience store industry is a plus
  • Experience working in a consulting firm is a plus
