Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist for its leading clients.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical hiring, specifically in fields such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, and MVP (Most Valuable Professional).
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the candidate experience, providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions related to technical hiring in the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in technical hiring, with a focus on engineering roles.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of technical hiring practices in Engineering and Manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
