Job Description
- Keep a track of your emails and task sheet.
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels
- Craft recruiting plans to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
- Maintain recruitment database for future talent pipeline
- Conduct assignments/tests
- Advertise job openings on multiple platforms
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Send job offer emails and address compensation inquiries
- Maintain key HR metrics and participate in recruitment events
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and assist in onboarding
- Analyze turnover and retention rates for hiring forecasts
