Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: Good clinical knowledge in emergency medicine is essential. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and soft skills. Additional certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS is a plus.
- To lead a quality team of medical and nursing staff.
- To ensure the delivery of quality care services in A&E.
- Supervise and direct medical officers on clinical issues.
- To make timely decisions in crises.
- Communicate management issues during night shifts.
- Report urgent clinical matters to the clinical head.
- Liaise with department staff and stakeholders.
- Implement administrative and clinical policies.
- Provide medical support for patient management.
- Document patient information in HIMS.
- Proper handover at the end of the shift.
- Maintain a professional and polite approach with patients.
- Adhere to dress code.
