Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Senior Sales Engineer based in Karachi Division with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, sales engineering, customer service, and communication services. Day-to-day tasks consist of giving technical product presentations, coordinating with customers to understand their requirements, resolving customer queries, and providing solutions within set timelines.
Qualifications:
- Sales Engineering and Sales skills
- Strong technical support and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Prior experience in Engineering or Technical Sales will be a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally when required
