Job Responsibilities:
As a ‘Senior Manager-Project Sales’, you will be responsible for selling property units, paying visits to clients, generate sales lead, build a pipeline, and convert prospects to sales numbers. While communicating effectively with customers, you will act as the face of the company to ensure each customer has a positive experience at Zameen.com by providing a simple and seamless process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Understanding Clients’ requirements and providing guidance
- Manage customer accounts and build a strong and healthy relationship with them.
- Manage, train, and develop the sales team.
- Attain established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Track team performance metrics such as sales revenue, customers, sales associate productivity, etc.
What are we looking for:
- 10 to 12 years of sales experience (2 or 3 years of experience in real estate industry)
- Must have a bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Real Estate industry knowledge & passion for dealing in property projects
