Job Description
Enza Home Pakistan seeks a customer-focused Senior Sales Specialist for our Islamabad showroom to drive high-value furniture sales and achieve showroom targets. You will manage complex transactions, provide personalized consultations, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, coordinate logistics and installations, mentor junior staff, and maintain premium showroom presentation.
Requirements: 4–7 years’ experience in premium retail or furniture sales; strong negotiation and client-relationship skills; excellent communication and mentoring ability; proficiency with MS Office and POS systems; bachelor’s degree preferred. We offer a competitive salary (Rs60,00–Rs80,00/month), an attractive commission plan, professional development opportunities, and hands-on experience with a recognized premium brand.
