Job Description
Job timings: Mon – Fri 8 AM – 5 PM US CST time
Job Location: Islamabad (Onsite)
We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master with over 7 years of experience in managing agile projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring agile principles and practices are implemented effectively, facilitating team collaboration, and continuously driving improvements in product development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Scrum Master for multiple teams, ensuring proper use of agile practices and principles.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
- Remove impediments or guide the team to resolve issues.
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-refined product backlog.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Proficient in Agile tools like JIRA.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.
