Job Description

Primary Function:

Organize transportation activities, manage information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrate transportation movements, and arrange for services as necessary. Coordinate and track the movement of goods through logistic pathways. Record keeping, ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met, and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.

Major Responsibilities:

• Shipping arrangement of all internal (Depots) and external (Distributors & Institutional Stockists) orders.
• Exports management of shipments from Landhi and from third-party logistics.
• Keep temperature records of all shipped orders as per Abbott standards.
• Arrange maintenance of vehicles and keep record update.
• Manage KPI and keep data accurate.
• Verification of invoices of vendors along with all documents.
• Information provides to all concerned customers through email after dispatch of consignments with all relevant documents.
• Filing and record keeping of all relevant documents and updating shipment records on a routine basis.
• Preparation of Gate pass and get approval to proceed.
• Maintain KPIs: Stock Shipment Efficiency, Time Management & Transportation Efficiency.
• Manage Good House Keeping & EHS related matters.

• University graduate, Business, or equivalent disciplines
