We at Ogilvy are on the hunt for a unicorn (as rare as planners are, this what they should be called, by now in advertising).

If you believe you’re this unicorn— who is eternally curious, not overwhelmed but excited by the word ‘problem,’ passionate about bringing clarity to the table, and enjoys the art of selling—we’d love to meet you.

What you will be doing:

You’ll be the right-hand person to the Strategic Director, relied upon for insights into strategic or creative problem-solving. You’ll uncover new angles to brand and communications challenges.

As a senior planner, you’ll play an integral role within your team, independently managing ‘day-to-day’ projects and briefs with some guidance. The broader team will look to you for assistance in substantiating arguments or fleshing out briefs.

Qualifications:

• We’re looking for planners with 2-3 years of experience but also candidates from the brand side, research agencies who understand strategy are welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, not limited to advertising major. Preferably business or social sciences majors.
