Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior System Support Engineer to join our Night shift team.
Responsibilities:
- Mikrotik Configurations
- Elastix installations, configuration of inbound and outbound routes, trunks, call recordings, CDR reports
- VLAN Configurations
- Switching & Routing Configurations
- LAN and WAN configurations
- Servers & Raid Configurations
- Linux Installations & Partitions Configurations
- System Support All Tasks
- RJ 45 Connectors & I/O Punching
- Network Cabling
- NAS installation & Configurations
- IP Addresses subnetting
- Cisco IP phone & D-Link IP phone installation Configurations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Systems Engineer, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects
- Minimum experience of 3 years
