You will design and execute proactive sourcing strategies, ensure an outstanding candidate experience, partner with hiring managers to define requirements, and use recruiting metrics to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire. Key responsibilities include passive sourcing, employer branding, interview coaching, and coordinating onboarding. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management, proficiency with ATS and recruiting analytics, and a proactive, candidate-first mindset.
