Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ServiceNow development, with over 6 years of hands-on experience. Responsibilities include leading technical implementation efforts, collaborating with Business Analysts and Project Managers, and providing strategic advice on various solutions. Mandatory skills include experience with Flow Designer, integrations, and third-party APIs. A solid understanding of both functional and technical aspects of ServiceNow is essential, along with telecom experience and CIS certification being advantageous. Candidates with experience in Tele-Communication modules are preferred.
