Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Manager for Prime Human Resource Services (Pvt) Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and reliability of electrical, instrumentation, utilities, and mechanical systems at the Plant to ensure continuous operations, cost-efficiency, and improved profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities include efficient delivery of technical/engineering activities, compliance with safety standards, and implementation of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) practices.
Requirements: B.E. Electrical/Electronics with 10 years of manufacturing plant experience, including hands-on experience with Siemens S7 PLCs, Sinamics Drives, and maintenance management software.
Other skills needed: Agility, Analytical Skills, Leadership, Problem Solving, Strategic Thinking, and Quality Consciousness.
