Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee complex technical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, driving project delivery, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success criteria.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in technical project management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
