Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, technical recruiting, and communication with hiring managers and candidates.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Full-life cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, and hiring experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and other recruiting technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting with a focus on the IT/Software industry.
