Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Manage talent acquisition processes such as posting jobs, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.
- Strategize recruitment stages with leadership, create recruiting tactics, and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Handle administrative duties including scheduling interviews, attending job fairs, and other recruiting events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Masters in HR or similar preferred
- Five years of direct recruiting experience
- Proactive sourcing tactics and excellent time management skills
