Job Summary: As the Senior Technical Sales Engineer, you will lead the technical sales team, develop regional sales strategies, mentor team members, and ensure sales targets are met through strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical sales engineers
- Develop regional B2B sales strategies
- Achieve sales targets
- Provide guidance and training
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Act as technical point of contact for clients
- Build strong relationships with key clients
- Monitor team performance and market trends
- Travel for client meetings and technical support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
