Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans & timelines for in-house software engineering projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
- Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and milestones.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to define and execute testing strategies.
- Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or a related field).
- Proven experience of 5+ years in project management.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
