Job Description
Creating interesting and engaging training content for group’s trainings. Developing voice over scripts. Training manual prints out and filling. Collaboration with T&D Team. Proficiency and attention to detail. Prepare, control, and track training budget. Identification & designing of Training Need Assessment document for the organization at Group level. Planning and Development of training calendar on monthly and annual basis. Design and prepare training content aligned with TNA, company standards, and competency frameworks; ensure completion of required programs. Maintain and update training manuals (soft copies, hard copies, videos) as per standards, with quarterly updates. Manage documentation and operations for internal/external training. Arrange certificates and materials, ensuring training records are updated within given days of program completion. Ensure monthly execution of the training program as per the training calendar.
