Job Description
Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, provide menus, and inform them about daily specials and menu changes.
Order Handling: Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Enhancement: Suggest desserts and drinks to enhance the dining experience and promote special items.
Payment Processing: Issue bills and handle payments accurately, ensuring the register balances at the end of the shift.
Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist in table settings and supply refilling.
Team Collaboration: Work with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operations and assist teammates as needed.
