Job Description
CCare, a rapidly growing company specializing in mobile devices, accessories, and solar products, is searching for a results-oriented Service Center Supervisor for our partner location in Lahore.
Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will ensure effective communication with staff, monitor training programs, address escalated service issues, manage project timelines, and uphold audit compliance. Occasional travel to additional service centers may be necessary to gather best practices.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service supervisory position, demonstrate proficiency in English, and have a solid understanding of management principles.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
