Job Description
Autosmart Tech (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced Female Customer Service Representative for our Lahore office. The ideal candidate should:
- Process telephone requests and receive inbound calls.
- Provide consistent, high-level customer service.
- Manage heavy call volumes efficiently and maintain databases.
- Draft professional emails and handle queries via calls and emails.
- Work collaboratively to meet deadlines while respecting confidentiality.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in an international setting. Excellent English communication skills are required.
