Job Description
As a Service Delivery Manager (ITIL), you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of IT services to our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality, adherence to SLAs, and client satisfaction.
Your main duties will include developing and implementing service delivery processes, monitoring service performance, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also act as a point of contact for client escalations and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues effectively.
