Job Description

The Manager Service Delivery (On-Site) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day service delivery operations at client sites. They will manage a team of service delivery professionals and ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

The Manager Service Delivery (On-Site) will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions to address their needs. They will establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a point of escalation for any service-related issues or concerns.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing on-site service delivery teams, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Monitoring and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met
• Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices
• Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards
• Providing regular reports and updates to senior management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in service delivery or a related role
• Proven experience in managing on-site service delivery
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
