Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers requiring technical support via various channels.
- Perform level 1 troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to the relevant team.
- Accurately document and prioritize incidents in ServiceNow.
- Strive for first-contact issue resolution.
- Keep customers informed and ensure timely follow-ups throughout ticket resolution.
- Close tickets with customer approval.
Non-Technical Qualifications:
- Build positive relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Customer-centric with strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Follow and give guidance.
- Understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL.
Technical Qualifications:
- Prior Service Desk experience required.
- Proficiency in Windows 10, Office 365, Azure AD, etc.
- Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL principles.
- Technical Certifications like CompTIA A+ or MSCE preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing System a plus.
