Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customers requiring technical support via various channels.
  • Perform level 1 troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to the relevant team.
  • Accurately document and prioritize incidents in ServiceNow.
  • Strive for first-contact issue resolution.
  • Keep customers informed and ensure timely follow-ups throughout ticket resolution.
  • Close tickets with customer approval.

Non-Technical Qualifications:

  • Build positive relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Customer-centric with strong communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Excellent verbal communication abilities.
  • Follow and give guidance.
  • Understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL.

Technical Qualifications:

  • Prior Service Desk experience required.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10, Office 365, Azure AD, etc.
  • Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL principles.
  • Technical Certifications like CompTIA A+ or MSCE preferred.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing System a plus.
