Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Desk Lead to join our team at Tylex Tech. As a Service Desk Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service desk team, providing technical support to end-users, and ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
- Lead and mentor a team of service desk professionals
- Manage ticketing system and prioritize support requests
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Develop and implement service desk procedures and best practices
