Job Description
Simplex develops technology solutions for the retail industry, and the Service Desk Support Engineering team plays a crucial role in our services division. We are expanding our team to better serve our growing customer base.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt response and incident resolution.
- Address reported incidents and problems with professionalism.
- Own and deliver satisfactory resolutions to clients.
- Analyze root causes and escalate repeat issues to the product manager.
- Work flexible shifts and uphold agreed SLAs with clients.
Requirements:
- Customer-focused mindset with computer software knowledge.
- 3+ years of experience in IT services delivery or similar roles.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
