Job Description
The Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our company’s products. As a Service Engineer, your main duties will include troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints, performing equipment repairs, conducting preventive maintenance procedures, and providing product training to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints regarding product issues
- Perform equipment repairs and ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely manner
- Conduct preventive maintenance procedures to ensure product reliability and performance
- Provide product training to customers to enhance their knowledge and understanding of our products
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and submit detailed service reports
Requirements:
- A degree in engineering or a related field
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
