Job Description
- Background in technical cloud-based MSP workspace and environment.
- Experience in debugging issues for Windows, Linux, and Mac.
- Skills in server administration and domain controllers.
- Proficient in RMM tools and monitoring alerting tools.
- Knowledge of backups, virtualization, cloud concepts, and OS patching.
- Understanding of networking concepts and enterprise antivirus software.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and customer-driven attitude.
- Able to multitask, work in global environments, and collaborate as a team player.
- Education: BSc. Engineering degree in relevant fields.
- Preferred certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, VMware, etc.
